As a clinician, Dr. Frey has been licensed in Georgia as a psychologist since 1983. He is trained to assess, diagnose, and treat mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and behavioral problems in children.

As a forensic psychologist, Dr. Frey specializes in custody and visitation disputes, post-divorce adjustment conflicts, co-parenting issues, and reunification conflicts. He has been qualified as an expert witness in both Superior Court and US Federal Court to testify about mental illnesses, sexual abuse, child abuse, and psychological assessments.

These include career consultation to young adults trying to identify college majors or career paths they are suited for and consultations to businesses and corporations regarding hiring, promotion, and workplace development.
